Is Agile furniture easy to assemble?

Yes. We design our furniture with assembly in mind. When possible, we make our furniture without any hardware at all using friction-joint, where pieces slide into one-another. We provide a rubber mallet for pieces where a little bit more omph is needed. When we do use hardware, we keep it to a minimum, and use easily sourceable parts that are easy to replace.

Is Agile furniture durable?

Yes. Contrarily to a lot of other manufacturers, we use plywood instead of particle-board or MDF. This makes our furniture a lot stronger than even traditional furniture, when compared pound for pound. What’s more, our plywood has much better resistance to water than particle-board or MDF, that way, even if water gets under the finishes somehow, the wood won’t buckle or swell permanently.

…and what about the finishes?

Our standard finish is everything but standard. We use only the best quality Tung Oil that we polymerize in-house to give you the strongest VOC-Free finish we could make. Polymerized tung oil is not only food safe, but also very resistant to chemicals as well as wear and tear.


What can I do if I break a piece?

Although our furniture is made tough, abuse could lead to damaging, or even breaking a piece. There are some rowdy folks out there, after all…

However, because we use high-quality materials, our furniture is repairable in most cases. In the eventuality where the piece isn’t repairable, we can always send you a replacement piece, a much cheaper solution that having to buy the whole thing again. Simply send us a message with your query and we’ll find a solution.




What are your shipping policies?

We ship to anywhere in the world. Price of shipping is calculated at checkout and is based on weight and volume or your order. If you get a message at checkout that we’re not shipping to your location, please send us a message through our contact form and we’ll be glad to provide you a custom shipping quote.

We package our furniture very carefully and seldom have any issues upon arrival. However, if your merchandise does get damaged during shipping, we’ll gladly send you replacement pieces free of charge.
